I am very proud to be a Newfoundland. Newfs or Newfies are a sweet tempered working breed of dog that are extremely good with children. We have webbed feet and a water-resistant coat that make us life-savers in the water. We are built for draft work and for carting. Newfoundlands also hold several important places in history. My handler, Kim has put together a whole section of my site to educate and inform you about the Newfoundland.
